This is a non-surgical procedure that uses electrodes to deliver Radio Frequency (electromagnetic energy). Radio Frequency delivers electricity through the skin to heat the tissue beneath; the dermis, without damaging the epidermis. Heating the dermis to 40-50oC stimulates fibroblasts to produce maximum collagen .The number of fibroblasts in the skin is reduced with age and their metabolism slows down. The effects of heating the skin tissue result in the contraction of the existing collagen fibres, and fibroblast metabolism is accelerated. It is a  non-ablative resurfacing technique used to lift the brow, tighten the forehead, reduce jowls, and tighten loose wrinkly skin around the eyes, cheeks and neck. It can be used on any skin colour and is suitable for people with mild to moderate facial sagging.
