Collagenesis - Skin Needling

Collagenisis is used for acne scarring or scarring of any type, like stretch marks, chicken pox scars and surgical scars. Scar tissue is dead tissue. In this treatment we use a high tech small instrument that rolls over the skin with tiny needles. This is done after applying an anaesthetic cream. The result is a production of healthy tissue and collagen, an increase in blood supply creating live tissue thus replacing the dead tissue area.

Collagen Induction Therapy (CIT)

Dermaroller™ - Collagen Induction Therapy procedure works by stimulating your own body’s collagen. Your body will start to naturally regenerate the skin, working below the surface in the dermis. Over the following months your skin will begin showing visible signs or regeneration as new skin cell growth and blood supply is increased. This will provide you with gradual and long lasting results.

Scar Reduction Therapy (SRT)

Dermaroller™ - Scar Reduction Therapy procedure works by releasing old fibrotic scar tissue deep within the skin. Scar tissue is what creates visible scars on the skin’s surface. SRT working below the surface in the dermis, repairing the skin naturally,. This process takes time as new collagen and elastin fibres are formed, softening scars, generating new skin cells and incresing blood supply.
